Commission is satisfied that the agreement is consistent with—
(2)
The Commission may direct any party to a registered agreement to comply with the registered agreement.
(3)
A direction made by the Commission in respect of a registered agreement may be enforced by the High Court as if the direction is a judgment of such Court provided that a certificate has been issued by the Commission to the complainant for leave to proceed to the Court for the enforcement of the direction except in the case of an injunction.
(4)
No certificate is required if an action is taken by the
Commission under this section.
