Commission may determine a voluntary industry code

Section 96
(a)
a voluntary industry code is not developed under an applicable section of this Act; and
(b)
the Commission is satisfied that a voluntary industry code is unlikely to be developed by the relevant industry forum within a reasonable time.
(2)
The voluntary industry code formulated by the Commission under subsection (1) shall be registered.
(3)
The voluntary industry code shall only take effect upon registration.
