Power of the Board to require information on kenaf or tobacco, etc.
of National Kenaf and Tobacco Board Act 2009
The Board may require any person undertaking any activity involving kenaf, kenaf products, tobacco or tobacco products to furnish to the Board, within the time specified in a notice, information relating to the composition and use of such kenaf, kenaf products, tobacco or tobacco products.

Any person who fails to furnish any information relating to the composition and use of any kenaf, kenaf product, tobacco or tobacco product as may be required under subsection (1)
commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding two hundred and fifty thousand ringgit or imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both.
