Power of Minister to issue directive

Section 28
(1)
The Authority shall be responsible to the Minister who may, from time to time, issue to the Authority written directive on any aspect of the functions of the Authority, and every such direction shall be binding on the Authority.
(2)
The Authority shall furnish the Minister with such returns, accounts and other information with respect to its property and activities, as the Minister may from time to time require.
