(2)
Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), regulations may be made for all or any of the following purposes:
(a)
prescribing any matter which is required under this Act to be prescribed;
(b)
prescribing the conditions and restrictions on the use of the Gallery including the imposition and collection of fees and charges;
(c)
prescribing the manner in which documents, cheques and instruments of any description shall be signed or executed on behalf of the Board;
(d)
prescribing the responsibilities and control of officers and servants of the Board;

(e)
providing generally for the performance of the functions, the exercise of the powers and the discharge of the duties of the Board under the provisions of this Act; and
(f)
providing for any other matter as are contemplated by, or necessary for giving full effect to, the provisions of this
Act.
