Protection against suits and legal proceedings
No action, suit, prosecution or any other proceeding shall lie or be brought, instituted or maintained in any court against—
(a)
the Government;
(b)
the Minister;
(c)
the Director General;
(d)
any member of the Council or committee; or
(e)
any person lawfully acting on behalf of the Council, in respect of any act, neglect or default done or omitted by him or it in good faith, in such capacity.
