Section 59

All rules, regulations, orders, notices, forms, directions and letters of authorization made, issued or given under the repealed Act shall, in so far as the rules, regulations, orders, notices, forms, directions and letters of authorization are consistent with this Act, continue in force until it is revoked or replaced by this Act.

Any inquiry, trial or proceedings done, taken or commenced under the repealed Act immediately before the commencement of this

Act shall be continued and concluded under and in accordance with the provisions of the repealed Act.
