Section 30
(1)
No manufacturer or distributor of, or dealer in, any food specified by the Minister shall sell such food to any vendor unless a written warranty or other written statement is given that the food complies with the provisions of this Act or any regulation made thereunder.
(2)
Any person who contravenes the provisions of subsection (1)
commits an offence and is liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to fine or to both.
