Section 59
Without prejudice to subsections 11(2), 35(3) and 48(4), all monies received by the Bank or the Governor pursuant to this
Act shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund including any—
(a)
fees paid by a person under section 25 or 35;

(b)
monetary penalty paid under section 48; and
(c)
compound paid under section 57.
