Section 63

(1)

Any approval granted, or standards, specifications, notice, requirements, directions, order or guidelines made under this Act—

(a)

may be either general or specific; and

(b)

may be amended or revoked by the Bank.

(2)

Any standards, specifications, notice, requirements, directions, order or guidelines made under this Act may provide differently for different persons or different classes, categories or descriptions of persons.

(3)

Any approval granted, or standards, specifications, notice, requirements, directions, order or guidelines made under this Act shall be issued or communicated in such manner as the Bank deems fit.
