Section 2
The Labour Ordinance of Sarawak [Sarawak Cap. 76], which is referred to as the “Ordinance” in this Act, is amended—
(a)
by substituting for the word “worker” wherever appearing the word “employee”;
(b)
by substituting for the words “domestic servant”
wherever appearing the words “domestic employee”; and
(c)
by substituting for the words “domestic servants”
wherever appearing the words “domestic employees”.
