Section 35
In any proceedings under this Act a certificate signed by the
(a)
the value of any mineral or mineral product;
(b)
the amount of fee, royalty, premium and other charges payable in respect of any mineral or mineral product; or
(c)
the costs of repairing any damage done by an offender, shall be prima facie evidence of such value, fee, royalty, premium, charge or cost, without proof of the signature of the Director to such certificate.
