Section 64

Nothing in this Act shall affect the previous operation of, or anything done under, any previous law so far as they relate to the inspection and regulation of the exploration and mining of minerals or mineral ores and other matters connected therewith:

Provided that any right, liberty, privilege, obligation or liability existing at the commencement of this Act by virtue of any such law shall be subject to the provisions of this Act.
