Section 17
(1)
Any person aggrieved by any decision made or condition or restriction imposed by the Board may, within one month of the decision being made or condition or restriction being imposed, appeal therefrom to the Minister.
(2)
In disposing of an appeal the Minister may confirm, set aside or vary the decision made or condition or restriction imposed by the Board and his order thereon shall be final.
