Section 19
(1)
The Board may from time to time call for such information as it may require to be furnished by every person whose name is on the register and such person shall furnish the information within one month of being required so to do.
(2)
Every person whose name is on the register shall, within three months of any change that may occur in the particulars he has furnished to the Board, notify the Board of the change.
