Subsection 21(2) of the principal Act is amended—

(a)
in paragraph (c), by deleting the word “and” at the end of the paragraph;
(b)
in paragraph (d), by substituting for the full stop at the end of the paragraph a semicolon; and
(c)
by inserting after paragraph (d) the following paragraph:
“(e) any matter relating to beneficial owners of a trust;
(f)
any matter relating to the variation or revocation of the certificate of incorporation;
(g)
the offences which may be compounded and the forms to be used and the method and procedure for compounding the offences under this Act; and
(h)
any other matters required by this Act to be prescribed.”.
