(a)
in subsection (1), by inserting after the words “the trustees to the Minister” the words “within one month”; and
(b)
by inserting after subsection (2) the following subsection:
“(3) Any trustee who contravenes subsection (2)
commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding fifteen thousand ringgit.”.
