Section 2

The Trustees (Incorporation) Act 1952 [Act 258], which is referred to as the “principal Act” in this Act, is amended in section 1a by inserting after the definition of “certificate of incorporation” the following definitions:

‘ “Minister ” means the Minister charged with the responsibility for law;

“prescribed” means prescribed by the Minister by regulations made under this Act.’.
