Amendment of heading of Part 3
of Drug Dependants (Treatment and Rehabilitation) (Amendment) Act 2024

Section 11
The principal Act is amended by substituting for the heading of Part 3 the following heading:
“Part III
TREATMENT AND REHABILITATION OF DRUG OR SUBSTANCE
DEPENDANTS AND DRUG OR SUBSTANCE MISUSERS WHO
VOLUNTEER FOR SAME”.
