(a)
in the shoulder note, by inserting after the words
“Rehabilitation Centres” the words “and Service
Centres”;
(b)
by inserting after the words “Rehabilitation Centres”
the words “and Service Centres”; and
(c)
by substituting for the words “drug dependants” the words
“drug or substance dependants or drug or substance misusers”.
