Section 15
Section 23 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in subsection (2), by inserting after paragraph (ba) the following paragraph:
“(bb) provide for the administration and management of the Board, including provisions on training for the members of the Board;”; and
(b)
by deleting subsection (3).
