Section 9 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in subsection (6), by deleting the words “or a Deputy
Public Prosecutor”; and
(b)
by inserting after subsection (6) the following subsection:
“(7) The Minister may by regulations prescribe the allowances to be paid to witnesses summoned under subsection (3).”.
Amendment of section 15
