Section 9

Section 15a of the principal Act is amended—

in subsection (1), by deleting the words “or finding”;

and

in subsection (2)—

by deleting the word “or” appearing at the end of paragraph (b); and

by inserting after paragraph (b) the following paragraph:

“(ba) a writ of habeas corpus; and”.
