Section 24
(1)
No registered person shall consort or habitually associate with any other registered person without the permission of the
Officer in Charge of the Police District in which he resides, unless he shall prove that he did not know and had no reason to suspect that such other person was a registered person.

(2)
Any person who contravenes the provisions of this section commits an offence and shall be punished with imprisonment for a term not exceeding fifteen years and not less than five years.
