Repeal
of Registration of Guests Act 1965
(1)
The laws specified in the Second Schedule and all subsidiary legislation made thereunder are hereby repealed.
(2)
On the commencement of this Act, every other law relating to hotels, lodging or boarding houses or other premises of a similar nature shall cease to have effect and shall be deemed to have been repealed in so far as such provisions impose obligations on the keepers of hotels, lodging or boarding houses or other premises of a similar nature in respect of aliens and in respect of the keeping of a register of residents.
