Preparation of interim and adoption orders

Section 23
(1)
An interim order and an adoption order shall be in the prescribed forms.
(2)
No copy of any such order shall be given to or served upon any person other than the applicant, the Director General of Social
Welfare and the Registrar General except by the direction of the
Court.
