Transmission of order to Registrar General

Section 24
(1)
Upon the making of an adoption order the Registrar of the
Court shall, within seven days from the date of the order, send a certified copy of the order to the Registrar General and shall also, subject to the payment by the adopter of the prescribed fee deliver or send a certified copy of the order to the adopter.
(2)
A certified copy of the order, if sent by post, shall be sent by registered post.
