Adoption order in respect of child previously adopted

Section 18
(1)
An adoption order or an interim order may be made in respect of a child who has already been the subject of an adoption order under this Act.
(2)
In relation to an application for an adoption order in respect of a child who has previously been adopted, the adopter under the previous or last previous adoption order shall be deemed to be the parent of the child for all the purposes of this Act.
