Section 117 of the principal Act is amended—

(a)
in the national language text, in subsection (6) by substituting for the words “alat penimbang” wherever appearing the words “mesin penimbang”; and
(b)
by inserting after subsection (6) the following subsection:
“(6a) Notwithstanding subsection (6), paragraphs (6)(d)
and (6)(e) shall not apply in respect of a certificate for the purpose of a computerized or electronic weigh in-motion system installed on any road.”.
