5. Amendment of subheading in Part II

The principal Act is amended in Part II by substituting for the subheading of “Licensing of Drivers and Conductors of

Public Service Vehicles, Employees Vehicles and Goods Vehicles”

appearing before section 56 the following subheading:

“Licensing of Drivers and Conductors of Public Service Vehicles,

Employees Vehicles, Goods Vehicles and Excursion Buses”.
