3. Amendment of section 3

Section 3 of the principal Act is amended by substituting for subsection (3) the following subsection:

“(3)  The Minister may, by order published in the Gazette, prescribe—

uniforms and rank markings for any road transport officer; and

the authority card and badge to be carried by any road transport officer.”.
