by substituting for the words “a Register of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents which shall be in three Parts” the words

in subparagraph (ii), by deleting the word

“and” at the end of the subparagraph;

in subparagraph (iii), by inserting after the semicolon at the end of the subparagraph the word “and”; and

in subparagraph (ii), by deleting the word

in subparagraph (iii), by substituting for the full stop at the end of the subparagraph the words “; and”; and

by inserting after subparagraph (iii) the following subparagraph:

“(iv) Part IV which shall contain the names, addresses and other particulars of firms carrying on practice as property managers.”; and

in subsection (4), by substituting for the words “valuer, appraiser or estate agent or of any probationary valuer or probationary estate agent” the words “valuer, appraiser, estate agent or property manager, or of any probationary valuer, probationary estate agent or probationary property manager,”.
