Section 17
Section 21 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in subsection (1)—
(i)
in paragraph (a), by deleting the words ‘“Property
Manager”’; and
(ii)
by deleting paragraph (aa); and
(b)
by deleting subsections (2) and (3).
