(a)
in paragraph (a)—
(i)
by inserting after the words “all interest therein including” the words “trees, crops,”; and
(ii)
by inserting after the semicolon at the end of the paragraph the word “and”;
(b)
in paragraph (b), by substituting for the words “; and”
at the end of the paragraph a full stop; and
(c)
by deleting paragraph (c).
