Section 12
(1)
The Corporation may—
(a)
with the concurrence of the Minister, from time to time, appoint and employ a General Manager and such number of
Deputy General Managers; and
(b)
from time to time, appoint and employ, a Secretary and such other officers and servants as may be necessary, for the purposes of this Act.
(2)
All officers and servants of the Corporation shall be under the administrative control of the Chairman.
