Section 9
(1)
The quorum at all meetings of the Corporation shall be three members present in addition to the Chairman or the Deputy
Chairman.
(2)
The Chairman, or, in his absence, the Deputy Chairman, shall preside at all meetings of the Corporation.
(3)
In the event of the votes on any question being equal the
Chairman or the Deputy Chairman, as the case may be, shall have a casting vote in addition to his deliberative vote.
