Section 6
(1)
The Minister charged with the responsibility for foreign affairs may confer the status of international organization and
International Islamic Liquidity Management 9
Corporation juridical personality upon a subsidiary for the purpose of this Act by regulations subject to the conditions prescribed in such regulations.
(2)
Subsection (1) shall not apply to a subsidiary established under any written law in Malaysia.
