Corporation
of International Islamic Liquidity Management Corporation Act 2011
The Corporation has juridical personality and perpetual succession and subject to this Act, has all such legal capacities as are necessary for the exercise of its powers and the performance of its functions in accordance with the Articles of Agreement.
(2)
Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), the
Corporation has the power to —
(a)
contract;
(b)
acquire, hold and dispose of tangible and intangible property; and
(c)
institute legal proceedings.
(3)
The Corporation may have a common seal and may use it for the purposes set out under this section or for such other matters as may be agreed by the Governing Board.

Authorization to become a member of the Corporation and to sign the Articles of Agreement
