Section 7
(1)
The Minister charged with the responsibility for foreign affairs may by regulations, subject to the conditions prescribed in such regulations, confer upon—
(a)
the Corporation or a subsidiary conferred with the status of international organization under subsection 6(1), all or any of the privileges and immunities specified in Schedule 1;
(b)
a person—
(i)
who is, or is performing the duties of, the chief executive officer of the Corporation, all or any of the privileges and immunities specified in Part I of
