Section 7
(1)
The Chairman and members of the Corporation appointed under paragraph 5(g) shall, unless he sooner resigns or vacates his office or his appointment is sooner revoked, hold office for a term not exceeding two years and shall be eligible for reappointment upon the expiry of his term of office, but shall not be appointed for more than three consecutive terms.
(2)
This section shall not apply to the Chief Executive Officer.
