Section 15
(1)
A member of the Corporation shall, at all times, act honestly and in the best interest of the Corporation and use reasonable diligence in the discharge of the duties of his office.
(2)
A member of the Corporation or any other person who has been a member of the Corporation shall not—
(a)
make improper use of any information acquired by virtue of his position as a member of the Corporation to gain, directly or indirectly, an advantage for himself or for any other person; or;
(b)
do, say or publish anything which may be detrimental to the interest of the Corporation.
