Revocation of appointment and resignation

Section 9
(1)
The Minister may at any time revoke the appointment of any member of the Corporation, other than the members appointed under paragraphs 5(b) to (f), without assigning any reason for the revocation.

(2)
A member of the Corporation, other than the Chief Executive
Officer, may at any time resign from his appointment by giving a written notice to the Minister.
