Section 43

All deeds, bonds, agreements, instruments and working arrangements subsisting before the appointed date and affecting any of the property transferred under section 42 shall have full force and effect against or in favour of the Perbadanan established by this Act and shall be enforceable as fully and effectually as if, instead of the dissolved Corporation or any person acting on behalf of the dissolved

Corporation, the Perbadanan had been named therein or been a party thereto.
