Section 45

Nothing in subsection (1) shall affect the accountability of the outgoing members of the dissolved Corporation and as soon as practicable after the appointed date, the dissolved Corporation shall prepare and submit to the Minister a report including the financial statements required under the repealed Act, but the report shall be limited to the period from 1 January of the relevant year to the day before the appointed date.
