Section 49

Continuence of use of name

Notwithstanding sections 40 and 48, the Perbadanan established by this Act may continue to use the name “Perbadanan Stadium

Merdeka” for the purpose of maintaining goodwill or for any purpose the Perbadanan deems fit.
