Section 33
Section 62 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in paragraph (fa), by deleting the word “and”; and
(b)
by inserting after paragraph (fa) the following paragraph:
“(fb) provide for the procedures relating to the process of determining the sole bargaining rights; and”.
