Amendment of section 46
(a)
in subsection (1)—
(i)
by deleting the words “imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to”;
(ii)
by substituting for the word “one” the word
“five”; and
(iii)
by deleting the words “or to both”; and
(b)
in subsection (2)—
(i)
by deleting the words “imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to”;
(ii)
by substituting for the word “one” the word
“five”; and
(iii)
by deleting the words “or to both”.
