Duty to report particulars relating to data sharing

Section 21
(1)
A public sector agency shall provide a report in writing to the Director General on the following matters:
(a)
the particulars of requests for data sharing made by the public sector agency;
(b)
the response given relating to the request for data sharing;
(c)
where the data requested is refused, the reason for such refusal; and
(d)
any other information within the control of the public sector agency as the Director General may require.
(2)
The report referred to in subsection (1) shall be furnished from time to time as the Director General may require.
