A limited partner shall be liable to the Labuan limited partnership for the difference, if any, between the value of money or other property contributed by that limited partner to the

Labuan limited partnership or the statutory value and the value of money or other property specified in the documents kept under subsection 9(5) to be contributed by that limited partner to the

Labuan limited partnership.
