Authority of general partner to sign

Section 23
Where a general partner executes a document on behalf of the Labuan limited partnership, it shall be presumed in favour of any person who is not a partner that—
(a)
the general partner has the authority under which he purports to act; and
(b)
the executed document has been validly executed.
